2006 Back Bay Cuveé

$35 bottle, $420 case
California, Meritage

Nose: intense, complex, blackberry jam, rose and cedar
Flavor: rich, ripe fruit with nutmeg character, smooth tannins.
Varietals: 80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Merlot, 8% Cabernet Franc,
2% Petit Verdot and 2% Malbec.
alcohol: 13.9% aged: 22 months French Oak

2002 Coyote Cuvée

$35 bottle, $420 case
California, Red Bordeaux Blend

Nose: dark rich red fruit, plums, blueberries, and a hint of black current.
Flavor: fruit driven, complex and long, a good marriage of fruit and oak.
Varietals: 60% Cabernet Sauvignon
40% Cabernet Franc
alcohol: 13.9% aged: 20 months French Oak



2003 OC RED

$50 bottle, $600 case
Napa Valley, Meritage

Nose: aromatic and delicate, plum, vanilla spice, rich and refined.
Flavor: cherry and wild raspberry, old leather.
Varietals: 59% Cabernet Sauvignon,
41% Cabernet Franc,
hand selected from the famed Coombsville region of Napa Valley.
This vineyard has been the source of wine made for Joseph Phelps, The Hess Collection, and Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars.
alcohol: 14.6% aged: 20 months French Oak



2004 Coyote Cuvée

California, Red Bordeaux Blend

Nose: herbaceous, flinty and berry delicious.
Flavor: luscious black cherry, jammy, good acid, finish,intricate-complete.
Varietals: 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Cabernet Franc, 10%Merlot,
5% PetitVerdot, 5% Malbec.
alcohol: 13% aged: 20 months French Oak



2005 Wretched Excess Red

$40 bottle, $480 case
California, Meritage.

Nose: ripe, smoky, good oak character.
Flavor: black currant, coffee and dark chocolate notes with a long finish.
Varietals: 80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Merlot, 8% Cabernet Franc,
2% Petit Verdot and 2% Malbec.
alcohol: 13.5% aged: 22 months French Oak
