There
are over 1200 Bordeaux style grape vines (Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet
Franc, Merlot, Petit Verdot, and Malbec) are harvested, crushed, and
fermented each September to produce award wining Meritage style red
wine. The vineyard has the same elements of soil and climate, the same
warm days and cool nights that produce the great wines of Bordeaux,
Napa, and other storied wine-making regions throughout the world.
