Newport Beach Vineyards and Winery was founded in 1999 and from its inception we have been as green as possible by recycling, reusing, and restoring. A visit to the vineyard will show you creativity at work: recycled: concrete, wooden pallets, steel posts, and boulders from distant lands.
Nature lovers will see a tropical paradise of rare palm trees, bananas, cycads, orchids, finches, cockatiels, turtles, Koi, catfish, bluegill, perch, and more.
We are in the process of diminishing our fuel footprint by installing Solar electrical panels and wind generators.
We have built an underground Wine Cave to conserve both energy and evaporation; a barrel of wine “drinks” a case, the Angel’s share, each year and when stored in our Cave it can cut the evaporation in half.
